IU Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The $500 prepayment and the $241.95 Education Abroad Service Fee are non-refundable.
AYF Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from the Academic Year in Freiburg after acceptance and prior to June 1st will only be responsible for the $500 non-refundable prepayment. Student who withdraw between June 1st and the start of the program will be responsible for the non-refundable prepayment and for non-recoverable costs. Your Bursar account will be assessed an additional charge to cover any/all amounts that Overseas Study has committed or paid on your behalf and are non-recoverable at the time of withdrawal, possibly including housing, meals, transportation, and faculty or staff compensation.
